Bookings are now being taken for the next series of Families First Seminars in September. The seminars will support LAs as they work towards the new Families First Standards. The Seminars will be running between 10.00am and 3.30pm and will include a morning focus session looking at Standard 1 (Marketing & Communications) followed in the afternoon by a focus session looking at Standard 9 (Brokerage) of the Families First Standards. There will also be a demonstration of the Families First Portal which includes an ePortfolio facility allowing Families First Candidates to upload and store all of their evidence electronically.
During the day there will be opportunities to meet the Regional Assessors who are supporting those working towards the Families First Award as well as ask questions of the the Support Team.
