Following the consultation process, which ended on 19th October, NAFIS have received a number of suggestions from FIS which we have used to inform final revisions to Version 6 of the PKHD Consent Template. Can we take this opportunity to thank you all for your contributions during the consultation. Below you will find a link to the final version of the template. As before this is a suggested template which you are under no obligation to use and we would suggest that you have the content approved by your own legal advisers. NAFIS believes that the template covers all the necessary legal points that need to be addressed before uploading providers’ data to PKHD and other channels.
